Control your Android device from the comfort of your couch with DroidMote. The server part can be installed on the device you wish to control. Additionally, DroidMote allows you to use multi-touch applications and games, even on devices without a touchscreen (e.g., when connected to a TV).

The client is a free Android application called "DroidMote Client."

DroidMote emulates hardware input devices in Android, Windows, and Linux OSes. It supports various input methods such as mouse, keyboard, multi-touch trackpad, touch screen, and a gamepad with 16 buttons and 6 axes. You can use the soft gamepad, hardware gamepad, or mouse and keyboard to play games on the server device. DroidMote offers Gamepad2Touch functionality and touch profiles to enhance gameplay even for games without built-in gamepad support.

If you don't have a router, you can establish a point-to-point connection between the two devices using the Tethering/portable hotspot function on your device. This setup does not require Bluetooth as it can be slow and has limited range.

Attention: The uinput module is required. Ensure your devices have this module before purchasing or encountering issues. Read the requirements page or contact the developer via the forum or email for assistance.
